NEW YORK, NY and SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - March 23, 2011) - HedgeOp Compliance, LLC, the leading provider of consulting services for private fund advisers and specialized compliance software for a wide array of investment advisers, today announced that it has expanded its footprint in the US market with the opening of a San Francisco office.
The expansion to the West Coast is part of a strategic initiative by HedgeOp Compliance, which is head quartered in New York with offices in Boston, to serve the private fund adviser community in the region. Part of this initiative will expand HedgeOp's services to the private equity community. The firm now has offices in the major hubs for alternative advisers on both coasts.

Mr. Mulligan is personally working from the San Francisco office over the short-term to ensure the successful launch and establishment of a HedgeOp Compliance presence. He expects to be on site each month over the next couple of years. The office has three full-time staff members and it is expected to increase to five over the coming months.
