Pocono Plaza, announces the opening of Dollar Tree, the nation's leading operator of single-price point dollar stores. Mt. Pocono Plaza is a 202,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Kmart and Weis Markets, located on Route 940 in Mt. Pocono, Pennsylvania. The property is located directly across the street from a Walmart Super Center and a Lowe's Home Center and is the only shopping center in the trade area containing a mix of both "big-box" tenants and small-shop space. Heidenberg Properties acquired Mt. Pocono Plaza earlier this year and is committed to injecting new life into the Property. According to Heidenberg Properties' Vice President of Operations Jason Lazar, "Mt.
