AURORA, ON--(Marketwire - Nov 7, 2011) - Helix BioPharma Corp. (TSX: HBP) (NYSE Amex: HBP) (FRANKFURT: HBP) or ("the Company"), announces that it has called its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") for January 30, 2012, with a record date of December 2, 2011.
