HelloWorld Names Peter DeNunzio Chief Executive Officer

New CEO Brings Industry-Leading Integrated Marketing and Technology Experience to HelloWorld's Rich Engagement Platform


PLEASANT RIDGE, MI--(Marketwired - Sep 9, 2014) - HelloWorld, the leading digital marketing and consumer engagement provider, announced today that Peter DeNunzio is joining the company as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. DeNunzio succeeds Matt Wise, who has been with HelloWorld and its predecessor, ePrize, since 2010. 

DeNunzio joins HelloWorld from Experian Marketing Services, where he has served as General Manager of the Cross-Channel Platforms Group, including CheetahMail, the industry's foremost email marketing provider. 

A recognized industry veteran, DeNunzio has a diverse background spanning branding, direct, data and digital marketing. He has spent his entire career in marketing services, including leadership roles at Aimia's Carlson Marketing (President, U.S.), Draftfcb/FCB (President) and OgilvyOne (General Manager). 

At HelloWorld, DeNunzio will focus on driving growth and expansion following a period of transformation over the past four years, during which the company made five acquisitions and rebranded from its origins as ePrize into HelloWorld.

DeNunzio will partner with current HelloWorld leaders in seven U.S. offices, including Detroit, New York, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Nashville. He will be joined by Amit Dhadwal, as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. Dhadwal's experience includes driving business performance improvement across sales, operations and information technology while at McKinsey & Company and Aon Affinity Worldwide.

DeNunzio holds an A.B degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Graduate School of Business, where he serves on the Board of the Center for Global Brand Leadership. He is also a Board Member of the Advertising Education Foundation.
