Hemostemix Inc. ("Hemostemix" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HEM), a clinical-stage autologous cell-therapy company, announces it has amended the terms of its private placement offering (the "Offering") previously announced on October 8, 2015. The Offering price has been amended to $0.65 per unit ("Unit") and will consist of the issuance of up to 6,153,847 Units for aggregate gross proceeds of up to CDN $4,000,000.55. All other terms and conditions of the Offering shall remain the same as previously announced.
