Henry Lyons Joins APMEX as Chief Financial Officer

Brings More Than 25 Years of Corporate Finance Experience to Fast-Growing Precious Metals Company


OKLAHOMA CITY, OK--(Marketwire - Nov 14, 2011) - American Precious Metals Exchange (APMEX) has hired Henry Lyons as Chief Financial Officer. This position will be responsible for all corporate finance activities and will be based out of the Company offices at 40 Wall Street in New York City. Mr. Lyons has extensive experience in driving growth and productivity initiatives as well as global expansion, and is well versed in online services and monetary instruments.

Most recently, Mr. Lyons was CFO at GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GCAP), where he managed all global finance and investor relations functions, as well as human resources, real estate and institutional sales. He also led the IPO process for GCAP in 2010. Previously, Mr. Lyons was Chief Financial Officer for ACI Worldwide and held executive financial positions at GE Healthcare and W.R. Grace & Company. He began his career at Ernst and Young.
