SADDLE BROOK, NJ--(Marketwire - September 8, 2008) - Herborium Group, Inc. (OTCBB: HBRM), a botanical therapeutics® company that develops, licenses and markets novel botanical ingredients-based medicinal products, today announced the launch of a newly optimized website, for AcnEase®, their herbal, proprietary, clinically proven therapeutic for acne.

The website, designed by FutureNow Inc., utilizes a proprietary e-commerce methodology, Persuasion Architecture™, which enhances the experience of visitors and allows Herborium to continuously optimize the results of online marketing. FutureNow Inc.'s system is designed to significantly improve sales by improving visitor conversion rates and organic search engine ranking, resulting in increased sales. Persuasion Architecture also has been shown to improve customers' loyalty and satisfaction.

Dr. Agnes Olszewski, CEO of Herborium, stated, "The new architecture and added features of our website insure high efficiency for our on-line marketing strategies. The customers benefit from smooth, efficient and speedy transactions while the cutting edge technology continues to ensure privacy and security. We are excited to implement Persuasion Architecture since we are confident it will increase both the satisfaction of our consumers visiting and our revenues. Just as importantly, I see the new website providing for a better understanding of botanical therapeutics and stronger brand building for Herborium. Our agreement links Herborium's e-commerce success with FutureNow rewards which provides us with an efficient partner rather than an expensive consultant."

Jeffrey Eisenberg, CEO of FutureNow Inc., stated, "One of the key criteria that we use in choosing a candidate for our partnership arrangements is a significant online growth opportunity. We believe that such opportunity exists with Herborium's strategic plan and its proprietary botanical therapeutics. We look forward to continuing our work with the Herborium team to jointly harness the power the internet can provide in achieving success for their business strategy."

Financial terms for the arrangement include payment of a revenue share to FutureNow based on increase in Herborium revenues, the issuance of Herborium shares to FutureNow and the transfer of Herborium shares to FutureNow by Herborium principal stockholders.
