Herborium Group First Quarter Sales Grows 45%; Debt reduced by $1Million

FORT LEE, NJ--(Marketwired - Mar 27, 2014) - Herborium® Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: HBRM) (PINKSHEETS: HBRM),, a Botanical Therapeutics® Company and the provider of unique all botanical medicinal products (Botanical Therapeutics®) that target dermatological problems such as acne, and other health and wellness concerns in the areas of sexual performance as well as energy depletion and stress reports that its sales for the First Quarter of 2014 grew by 45.2 %in comparison to the same period of 2013 and puts the present running rate for AcnEase sales only for 2014 to over $750,000. Herborium expects that this strong growth that is continuing now for the fifth consecutive quarter will prevail though 2014 putting the Company in a black for the year.

 In addition to continuously growing domestic sales, in January Herborium's one of a kind all herbal acne treatment AcnEase® became acne product of choice in France and was endorsed by the top beauty and fashion guru Colane on her blog Et Pourquoi Pas Coline. The company has also completed a design and manufacturing of a new label for AcnEase and launched an updated website as well as its UK, EU and Spanish language counterparts. The Mobile version of is to be launched in April 2014.

In the first quarter the Board of Directors and majority shareholders have also authorized a reduction of the Company's dept by $1 million dollars by converting a substantial portion of managements' accrued salaries, disclosed as liabilities on the balance sheet of the Corporation, at a conversion rate which represented an over 60% premium price over the public market price at the time.

All the above developments put the Company closer to executing the up listing plan announced in 2013.
