HERC Products Incorporated Announces Acquisition of A. Rainier Builders Incorporated, a California Corporation Established in San Diego, California

PORTSMOUTH, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 12, 2007 -- HERC Products Incorporated (PINKSHEETS: HERC) announced today the acquisition of A. Rainier Builders Incorporated, a California Corporation located in San Diego, California.

A. Rainier Builders Incorporated is a utility construction company based in San Diego, CA that provides HERC Products Incorporated with good new revenue sources through their relationships in Southern California, licenses and certifications. Armando R. Rainier III, the principle in A. Rainier Builders Incorporated, will join HERC as a Vice President and bring his California Class "A" General Engineering and Class "B" Building Contractor Licenses to HERC. These licenses allow HERC to do business and act as a prime with city and county governments with its full line of water and waste water system rehabilitation and renewal products and services.

The terms of the deal were a stock for stock exchange with 200,000 shares priced at $0.40 per share of HERC Products Restricted Common stock being given for 100% of the stock of A. Rainier Builders Incorporated.
