Here Enterprises Uses Clean Energy to Fuel "Dirty" Business

SAN ANTONIO, TX--(Marketwire - Nov 30, 2011) - Here Enterprises, Inc. (OTCQB: HRTE) (PINKSHEETS: HRTE), a growing developer of clean energy, is proud to announce the success of its first dual-use business venture, Cycle Ranch Motocross Park. The pro-am red dirt motocross track, with amenities, viewing tower and pro shop, is powered by the onsite wind farm, featuring three state-of-the-art Talon 2 wind turbines. The turbines also generate excess power that is resold to the local power grid to maximize revenue.

Cycle Ranch is located in Texas, the nation leader in wind power production, and has been recognized nationally for its motocross facilities. It was featured on the season premiere of The History Channel's hit TV series "Top Gear" in July 2011, and was the site for the nationally televised Traxxas TORC Series finale in October, when legendary motocross racer Ricky Johnson was crowned TORC national champion on Cycle Ranch's newly constructed $250,000 off-road truck racing track.

Hosting the finale was not only an honor for the track, but a validation of Here Enterprise's dedication to developing profitable clean energy projects that co-locate wind farms with commercial businesses in order to maximize cashflow.

It's a concept that will fuel the future, according to research and advisory firm Clean Tech, the clean energy industry's accepted authority. Their Clean Energy Trends 2011 report states that the global market for wind power has enjoyed a 29.7% compound annual growth rate during the past decade and now stands at $60.5 billion. By 2020, Clean Tech projects wind energy to be a $122.9 billion industry. This rivals the growth of earlier technological and business revolutions like computers and the internet.

The revenue-positive Cycle Ranch represents the first of many clean energy projects planned by Here Enterprises to take advantage of this highly lucrative and sustainable business model. Possible projects include not just wind farms on farm and grazing land, but also amusement parks, golf courses, shopping centers, sports and recreation parks, and more.

"Clearly, the time for clean energy is now," said Mark Ryun, CEO of Here Enterprises, and a man who spent years in the dirt himself as a professional motocross racer. "And fortunately, with today's advanced technology in wind generation, the applications and business opportunities are endless."
