Hertz Acquires Connecticut Aerial Lift Company -- All Reach

Hertz Continues Acquisition Strategy to Boost Worldwide Revenue Growth

PARK RIDGE, NJ--(Marketwire - April 21, 2008) - Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HTZ) announced that Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation (HERC) has acquired All Reach, LLC, one of the top aerial lift rental and services company in the Northeast. Headquartered in Connecticut, the company serves clients throughout Connecticut; Westchester County, NY; Rhode Island and Western Massachusetts.

Founded in 1999, All Reach specializes in renting aerial equipment and forklifts to customers on a regional basis and is recognized for providing top customer service in the lift equipment rental market. The acquired business had revenues of approximately US$7 million in the year ended December 31, 2007. The acquisition was made for an undisclosed sum and will be integrated into HERC's operations.

All Reach is estimated to be the third largest aerial lift equipment rental and services company in the New York and New England regions. A major player in numerous large projects throughout Connecticut, All Reach was instrumental in supplying equipment for the construction and renovation of Foxwood's Casino and Resorts.
