Hertz Equipment Rental Expands Into Hawaii With the Acquisition of Western Machinery

Hertz Continues Acquisition Strategy to Boost Revenue Growth

PARK RIDGE, NJ--(Marketwire - November 15, 2010) - Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HTZ) announced that Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation (HERC) has acquired Western Machinery, a leading equipment rental company in Hawaii.

Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Kapolei, Oahu, Western Machinery has locations on the islands of Oahu, Hawaii and Maui. With a predominately commercial customer base, Western Machinery also offers material and earth moving equipment to customers in the Industrial and Government sectors.
