High Performance Beverage Co. Reports Initial Success With Its Sales Launch by Obtaining a #1 Best Seller Ranking Through Amazon.com

Initial Sellout in First 48 hrs Prompts Company to Double Its Amazon Inventory Level

CAVE CREEK, AZ--(Marketwired - Oct 2, 2015) - High Performance Beverage Co. (OTC PINK: TBEV) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the successful sales launch of their High Performance Sports Drink™ through Amazon.com.

Although the Company was limited to Amazon's new merchant policy, which restricted the amount of product Amazon would initially carry in inventory, the product sold out within 48 hours and was listed as Amazon's #1 Best Seller in their nutrition category.

Because of the rapid sell out, Amazon has agreed to increase the amount of High Performance Beverage cases for their fulfillment inventory and the Company is pleased to report that another 1,000 cases has been shipped out to Amazon's Texas and Tennessee facilities.

The Company has also been notified by Amazon that all previous orders are now in the process of being shipped out and all initial orders should be received by purchasers over the next several days.

Toby McBride, High Performance Beverage CEO, stated, "While we are extremely pleased with our initial sales results, we are also disappointed with several unexpected obstacles created by Amazon because of their shipping and new merchant policy. This included unexpected delays with the immediate inventory acceptance of our product into Amazon's Virginia fulfillment facility. This caused a portion of our product order to sit at our shipper's Virginia warehouse for 10 days, while Amazon consumer orders from September 18th remained pending shipment. This set off a domino effect and caused an 'outstanding orders' shipment status, which then prevented us from shipping additional inventory to Amazon (per their guidelines) until after all previous outstanding orders had been filled. Additionally, because Amazon does not sell product through their fulfillment program unless they have product in inventory, we could not circumvent the current 'out of inventory' status by sending additional product until given clearance by Amazon yesterday." He also stated, "We would like to thank everyone for their patience while we resolved these temporary problems. We have now addressed all issues and are confident that we have implemented a program that will now keep appropriate inventory levels at Amazon, so we no longer have to worry about selling out of product in the future."

The company would also like to report that they have been successfully making progress with their commitment to providing better funding opportunities through strategic long term financial partnerships and are in the final stages of negotiations for funding commitments that will supply the company with substantial working capital to increase inventory levels for eventual retail distribution while also decreasing debt.
