Hire International Announces 263% Increase in Placed Sales for Direct Placement Division in September

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - October 6, 2010) -  Hire International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TLAN), an international HR services firm, announces its direct placement division Soar Consulting, Inc. recorded a 263% increase in placed sales in September compared with placed sales in January of this year. Most of these contingent placements are set to begin employment within the next 3 weeks. Soar Consulting is a leading provider of military transition recruiting and placement services, specializing in military transition jobs with some of the world's most respected companies.

"We are seeing a strong demand increase for technical talent and leadership in the marketplace despite the continued soft economic environment," said Chris Beck, EVP of Business Development for Hire International. "Our strategy is geared towards aggressively building our pipeline and adding value to our client's organization. Our highly energized and professional team is continuing to place leaders in some of the best organizations, filling what is once again becoming a growing need to recruit top talent. The solid sales performance is a testament of our experienced, and growing sales force executing the plan. Companies put tremendous value into the core intangibles a former military candidate brings to the work force."

Placed sales for September were $90,176 compared with $24,800 in January of the same year. Placed sales are generally recorded as revenue when the candidate begins employment. The Company believes that this increase is due to the solid focus, and hard work, of its account executives and recruiters on the needs of the marketplace and the recovery of the hiring markets. The Company plans to continue to increase its sales force aggressively in the United States and China.
