Hire International Announces Increase in Placed Sales for Direct Placement Division in First Quarter 2011

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - Apr 28, 2011) - Hire International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TLAN), an international HR services firm, announces its direct placement division Soar Consulting, Inc. recorded a 74.17% increase in placed sales in the first quarter of 2011 compared with placed sales in the first quarter of 2010. Most of these contingent placements are set to begin employment within the next 4-6 weeks. Soar Consulting is a leading provider of military transition recruiting and placement services, specializing in military transition jobs with some of the world's most respected companies.

"The overall hiring atmosphere continues to trend upward across multiple industries," states Chris Beck, EVP of Global Business development. "Technical talent and the need for top performers that can deliver results are once again in high demand." Building off success for over 8 years in the military recruiting industry, Soar is positioned well to capture the best technical and leadership talent exiting the service as well as industry experience candidates that possess the same intangibles... leadership, discipline, drive, and integrity. "We are forecasting a continued increase in revenues throughout 2011 based on the higher numbers of openings we are currently sourcing for."

Placed sales are generally recorded as revenue when the candidate begins employment. The Company believes that this increase is due to the solid focus, and hard work, of its account executives and recruiters on the needs of the marketplace and the recovery of the hiring markets. The Company plans to continue to increase its sales force in the United States and Internationally.
