History-Making Breakthrough New Media Technology Announced Today: Replacement for Satellite Transmission of Television Broadcasting

MASSAPEQUA, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 3, 2006 -- Ushering in a new era for television and radio broadcasting, Magicweb, Inc. (OTC: MGWB) announced in Montreal today that they are beginning to market their EnterVision Broadcasting system.

Magicweb, a public company which trades over the counter, has been quietly moving forward in an era of great change creating a system which transmits television and radio signals over ground-based wires rather than through the current terrestrial methods in use today.

The Magicweb system uses private or public ISPs hooked between the broadcaster (CNN for example) to cable head ends and repeaters (i.e.Time Warner Cable) rather than sending their signals over more expensive and less secure satellite systems. The end result for the consumer is a better, brighter television signal with no chance of piracy as there is in the satellite TV industry.

Magicweb has the copyright-protected and patent-pending system to replace satellite signals as well as offering a redundant service for current satellite transmissions.

"Our system is the only one available to compete with and replace satellite broadcasting for the television and radio industry," says company CEO Herbert Becker.

This breathtaking breakthrough is the first new transportation of media signals since the broadcasting industry began to migrate away from aerial broadcasting and moving to satellite broadcasting in the late 1960s.
