HiveFire Invites B2B Marketers to Participate in Online Marketing and Content Creation Survey

Participants Will Be Entered to Win iPad, Other Prizes, and Receive Results of the B2B Marketing Survey

CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwire - May 19, 2010) - HiveFire,, a marketing technology company that specializes in content curation for B2B thought leadership and generating quality Web traffic, has launched an online survey aimed to capture the strategic marketing challenges facing today's B2B marketers. Specifically, the survey aims to uncover the variety of methods marketers use to design, manage and measure social media-based thought leadership programs.

Experts and early adopters of social media as a marketing channel recommend that companies should leverage the power of social media to engage and interact with audiences, rather than merely presenting information. However, today's marketers not only struggle with navigating the complex universe of social technologies available such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and corporate or industry blogs, but also and more importantly, creating a high volume of timely, compelling content with which they can engage these audiences. 

HiveFire's research study aims to shine a spotlight on the techniques B2B marketers have adopted to address common marketing challenges such as driving Web traffic, owning industry conversations and how they are measuring B2B marketing effectiveness. The survey will examine which social platforms and blog marketing techniques marketers employ, as well as how they develop the content necessary to support a B2B online marketing strategy.

The 25 question survey takes less than ten minutes to complete and can be conducted online here before May 28. Survey results will be shared with all participants in a white paper that is expected to be released in early June. Participants who complete the survey by May 28 will be entered into a raffle. Prizes include an iPad, as well as Starbucks and Amazon gift cards.
