Hively's Kudos Delivers Timely Employee Recognition and Incentives to Top Customer Service Performers

The Kudos immediate employee feedback and reward system enhances Hively's easy platform for soliciting and measuring customer feedback by giving users the ability to quickly offer employees a pat on the back -- and to move from a virtual to a tangible reward system. For retail, hospitality, business, healthcare and other service providers, it's a key component in a complete customer feedback loop that enables them to internally encourage teambuilding and retain and reward top performers.

How Kudos Works

The Kudos feature is now available through Hively's subscription services. Within the complimentary plan (available free for companies with up to three users), the team member Kudos feature is activated; in the premium plan, available for $15/month and $2 per additional team member, businesses can choose to use the virtual and/or the tangible Kudos reward program.
