HLS Continues to Grow

PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - July 3, 2008) - HLS, the founding CommonHealth
medical-education unit, today announced two promotions and four new hires.

Promotions
Gregg Machak has been promoted from vice president, creative services, to
senior vice president, creative services. In his new post, Mr. Machak will
oversee the creative team, including graphic design, creative resources,
production and program coordination. Mr. Machak has been with HLS for
twenty years.
Joseph Maranzani has advanced from program director to senior program
director. Mr. Maranzani will oversee the development and execution of a
variety of medical education programs and act as a liaison between HLS and
its clients. Mr. Maranzani has been an HLS employee for five years.
New Hires
Eileen Gutschmidt joins HLS as vice president, account director. Ms.
Gutschmidt will supervise the strategic development of medical education
initiatives, including publication and multi-media communication plans for
multiple brands. Prior to coming to HLS, Ms. Gutschmidt worked as an
account director for Quintiles Transnational, a healthcare communications
company located in Parsippany.
Laura Kahn joins HLS as a publications director. In this role, Ms. Kahn
will work with the account team to manage the overall development and
delivery of publications. Most recently, Ms. Kahn was a senior client
service manager at Advogent, a healthcare communications company located in
Wayne.
Mindy Aratow comes to HLS as a program director. Ms. Aratow will be
responsible for directing the development and implementation of educational
programs. Previously, Ms. Aratow was employed as a program director at
Davids Productions, a medical education company in Boonton.
Samantha Cappuccino-Williams comes to HLS as a managing editor. In this
position, Ms. Cappuccino-Williams will be responsible for writing and
editing medical content. Previously, Ms. Cappuccino-Williams worked as a
medical writer and editor at Ogilvy Healthworld Medical Education, a
healthcare communications group and WPP sister company of CommonHealth
located in New York City.
