The  Board  of  Aquarius  Media  plc  ("Aquarius Media" or  "the  Company")  have  today  received
notification  under Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 that Griffin Two Limited disposed  of  a
total of 1,280,000 shares in the Company on 16 October 2008.  Accordingly, Griffin Two Limited now
holds 11,925,000 shares representing 14.00% of the issued share capital of Aquarius Media.


The directors of Aquarius Media plc accept responsibility for this announcement.
