ST. MICHAEL, BARBADOS--(Marketwired - July 16, 2015) - On July 14, 2015 and July 15, 2015, Bobby Genovese (the "Filer") sold 5,504,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of STT Enviro Corp. ("STT Enviro"), representing 10.6% of the 47,595,525 issued and outstanding Common Shares of STT Enviro. As a result, for the purposes of applicable Canadian securities laws, the Filer now has beneficial ownership of 3,346,000 Common Shares, which constitute approximately 7.0% of the Common Shares of STT Enviro, calculated in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. . Accordingly, the Filer is no longer subject to the early warning reporting requirements under applicable Canadian securities laws with respect to STT Enviro.

The Common Shares were sold through the TSX Venture Exchange.

The securities are held by the Filer for investment purposes. The Filer intends to review its investment in STT Enviro on a continuing basis.
