Holiday Island Holdings Accepts Gary Tilden's Resignation

HOLIDAY ISLAND, AR--(Marketwired - May 20, 2016) -  Holiday Island Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: HIHI), a development stage company operating in the land development business, announced today that it accepted the resignation of Gary B. Tilden as COO and Director.

Mr. Tilden cited increasing workload with other business pursuits as the resignation reason, and his belief that it is in the best interest of the Company and the shareholders to step down. 

Gene Thompson, CEO & Chairman, stated, "We are in talks with a major commercial and residential real estate Texas-based developer/owner/operator that has vast real estate experience (since 1987), and we hope to have him on board next week. Accordingly, we expect to fill the vacant board seat and officer position shortly with this financial partner and, or his designee, that will bring substantial experience, knowledge, and resources to the Company."
