Holland & Barrett Customer Loyalty Programme Launches This Week in Selected Stores

NUNEATON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - April 12, 2011) - A brand new customer loyalty programme is being launched this week by the nation's leading health food retailer, Holland & Barrett. 'Rewards for Life' will be piloted across 40 selected stores in the Midlands, Yorkshire and Lancashire.

The programme is free for customers to sign up to and will offer them four points for every £1 spent in store, online and via direct mail. The points will be turned into coupons which customers can then spend in store on products of their choice.

The Rewards for Life programme is part of Holland & Barrett's ongoing commitment to prioritise its customers with 2011 being highlighted as the business' 'Year of the Customer'.

Holland & Barrett is committed to exceptional customer service and all store associates taking part in the pilot have been fully trained and have ongoing access to a dedicated team at the Store Support Centre in Nuneaton. Customers will also have access via telephone to a team who will be able to answer queries about membership, points balance or the rewards.
