Hollund Industrial Marine, Inc. Announces New Executive Appointments Possessing a Combined 48 Years of Forest Industry Experience


VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - Nov 8, 2011) - Hollund Industrial Marine, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HIMR) (www.HollundIndustrial.com) announced today the appointment of Michael Lacy as the Company's new president and Frank Van Vranken as the new vice president. Mr. Lacy joins Hollund Industrial Marine Inc. having served as its president from October 2007 to February 2011. Mr. Lacy replaces John Haylock and Mr. Van Vranken replaces John Russell.

Mr. Van Vranken has 35 years of forest industry experience, including the management of underwater forest projects, milling operations, and sales. He is the president of NorthCal Wood Products Inc., an online lumber mill services company (NorthCal.com) specializing in recycled and remanufactured wood products. As vice president, Mr. Van Vranken will focus on developing new market opportunities for Hollund Industrial Marine Inc. in the underwater forest sector.
