NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 20, 2005 -- The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, and Adweek Magazines today announced the launch of the 2005 Digital Entertainment and Media Expo (DEMXPO). DEMXPO will be produced by VNU Exposition's Digital Media & Entertainment Group in association with Digital Media Wire. The two-day event will take place at the Westin Century Plaza in Los Angeles, CA, November 30th and December 1st.

The Digital Entertainment & Media Expo brings together the marketing and content programming power of the industry's most influential entertainment and media publications, in addition to data and analysis from Nielsen Entertainment, the world's leading entertainment and intelligence company, into one blockbuster conference and exposition. Over 1500 entertainment and media leaders are expected to attend the two-day exposition and conference. DEMXPO will culminate with the DEMY Awards. Presented by The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, and Adweek Magazines, the DEMYs, a gala event held on the last evening of the conference, will honor achievements in digital film, music, gaming, wireless, and marketing. The awards ceremony will also include various best-in-show categories from exhibiting companies.
