Home Furnishings Customer Moves to Full Scale Production and Consumer Roll Out of Alexiflam(TM) Treated Products

PERTH, WA and GREER, SC--(Marketwired - Jun 16, 2015) - Alexium International Group Limited (Alexium) (ASX: AJX) (OTCQX: AXXIY) is pleased to announce that the Home Furnishings sector Customer announced on 14 May 2015 has now contracted Alexium for continuing purchase orders to supply Alexiflam™ formulations for initial full scale production and consumer roll out in the large US markets of its Alexiflam™ treated home furnishings products.

These continuing purchase orders follow on from the Customer's very successful trial commercial production runs commenced in May on Alexiflam™ treated fabrics.

As the Customer's product roll out accelerates, the potential sustainable revenue for Alexium from this initial program is expected to be in the range of USD$200,000 to USD$300,000 per month.

Further, following on from the strong full-scale test results on the initial program, this Customer is now expanding the use of Alexiflam™ to additional product lines at full commercial scale, which has the potential to produce further 3rd and 4th quarter revenue for Alexium, generating between USD$5M and USD$15M on an annual basis. "This successful continuation of orders from this Customer confirms Alexium as a premier provider offering environmentally friendly, Fire Retardant (FR) solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.
