Home Shopping Latino Hires Long Time Affiliate Relations Professional to Reach Latino Viewers

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - September 4, 2007) - Home Shopping Latino, Inc. dba Viva TeleCompras (PINKSHEETS: HSPL), a Spanish TV network covering North America, today announced the hiring of Michael Weiss as their Director of Affiliate Relations. Reporting to Frank Celecia, Chairman and CEO, Weiss will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HSL's on-air distribution.

Mr. Weiss has been involved in the television broadcast industry for over 30 years. He has served in various management positions over that time to include: General Manager at the Cleveland, Ohio, Cable Inter-Connect, as well as General Sales Manager and Local Sales Manager at different television stations in the Midwest market from 1980 to 2006. Mr. Weiss has extensive experience in spot sales and the production and distribution of infomercials nationally. For the last eight years, Mr. Weiss has traveled throughout the country visiting hundreds of television broadcast stations, consequently developing a rep firm specializing in placement of infomercial and religious programming. At the Jordan Group he was focused on adding stations nationally to their infomercial/religious station network and increasing revenue on existing stations. "At NBC in Cleveland I was in advertising sales handling local and regional accounts along with all paid and religious programming," said Mr. Weiss.
