HomeGain Opens Free Home Listing Feature to All HomeGain Agents

In Addition to AgentEvaluator Subscribers, Source4Sellers and BuyerLink Agents Can Now Upload Their Home Listings for Free on HomeGain.com as an Additional Promotional Tool

EMERYVILLE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 26, 2007 -- HomeGain, the second most visited real estate website, today announced that all HomeGain members can now upload their real estate home listings to HomeGain.com. Previously an exclusive tool for AgentEvaluator subscribers, HomeGain has opened up its listings feature to BuyerLink and Source4Sellers real estate agents as well.

"In addition to getting traffic to agents' homes for sale on HomeGain.com, the member agent listings can be displayed on HomeScout.com, a new HomeGain site just launched in March of this year to provide additional exposure for HomeGain agents and their home listings," stated Louis Cammarosano, HomeGain's General Manager. "HomeScout.com currently has approximately one million listings, including new home, foreclosure and existing homes listings. To date, our AgentEvaluator members have posted thousands of new listings and we expect our Source4Sellers and BuyerLink members to do the same."

"Listing my clients' homes for sale on the Internet is a necessity for my business," stated Dennis DiDomenico of RE/MAX Martone Group in Rhode Island. "I've listed my homes on HomeGain.com for several years now, and I definitely see results. HomeGain provides more exposure for my home listings than I'd be able to pull through my own website and marketing efforts."

"I use HomeGain's listing feature as one of my main selling points to potential clients," stated Dennis Krill of Century 21 Action Group Yuma Real Estate in Arizona. "I think it's great that HomeScout.com will give my listings an extra boost."
