HomeGuard Incorporated Selects AltiGen's MaxCS Private Cloud

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Nov 18, 2015) - AltiGen Communications, Inc. (OTCQX: ATGN), a leading provider of premise and cloud-based IP-PBX and Contact Center solutions, today announced that HomeGuard Incorporated has selected its MaxCS Private Cloud IP PBX and Contact Center solution.

HomeGuard Incorporated, with a focus on the real estate transaction process, performs over 40,000 termite, property and roof inspections each year. It is with this extensive knowledge and years of professional experience that HomeGuard is able to guarantee a better understanding of their customers' inspection needs. As the trendsetter in the inspection industry, HomeGuard provides personal attention to their customers, with staff available to quickly respond to customers' special needs or requests.

Having used AltiGen's premise-based IP PBX and Contact Center solutions for years at multiple office locations, when HomeGuard decided to move to a Cloud-based solution, AltiGen's MaxCS Private Cloud was the clear choice. A key consideration for HomeGuard was a solution which could integrate all of their employees on a single communications platform and which would also deliver both traditional business PBX functionality and full featured contact center capabilities. In an industry in which customer service is highly important, HomeGuard required a solution which was as reliable as it was robust.

According to Jim Steffenson, Jr., HomeGuard President, "We've used the AltiGen premise phone systems for years at multiple office locations. As we've continued to add new offices to support our business growth, it was time for us to move to a cloud-based solution. AltiGen's integrated cloud solution provided everything we were looking for, plus their private cloud approach gave us the added benefit of built in disaster recovery."

In addition, HomeGuard required a local solution provider who would be able to fully support the solution, and chose the Bay Area's Capture Technologies. According to John Babin, President of Capture Technologies, "HomeGuard has been a great customer of ours for years. We understand how important customer service is to HomeGuard, which is why we're so confident in recommending AltiGen's MaxCS Private Cloud solution. The combination of the extensive MaxCS feature set, private cloud architecture and integrated SIP trunks delivers the optimal business communications solution for HomeGuard."
