Homeland Energy Group Ltd. Begins Trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:HEG) Today

- Homeland Trading on TSX following Reverse Take-Over by Chrysalis Capital IV Corporation - Name Change to Homeland Energy Group Ltd. - Appointment of Mr Mike Nell to Chief Operating Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 5, 2008) - Homeland Energy Group Ltd. ('Homeland' or 'the Company') (TSX:HEG) is pleased to announce that it has begun trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the assigned ticker symbol of "HEG" as of March 5, 2008. In additions, the company has changed its formal name to Homeland Energy Group Ltd to better reflect the structure of the company.

Homeland is also very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mike Nell to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Nell has been serving the company in the role of Managing Director, South Africa since early 2006. "Without the valuable contribution of Mike Nell, we certainly would not have achieved the successes we have to date with our growing operation in South Africa and our prospects in Swaziland and Botswana," stated Stephen Coates. Mr. Nell has more than 24 years experience in the mining sector notably with Anglo Coal and Injula Mining. He has vast hands-on experience in mining programs in South Africa and elsewhere. Mr. Nell is responsible for managing Homeland's team of professionals and consultants in southern Africa.
