Homeland Integrated Security Systems Approaches Southeastern U.S. Municipalities to Market Cyber Tracker

ARDEN, NC--(Marketwire - July 2, 2008) - Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISU) is pleased to announce that the Company has stepped up its efforts to market Cyber Tracker to county governments in Florida and North Carolina. The equipment can be installed on patrol cars, fire and rescue vehicles, and public works vehicles. Multiple counties in Florida and North Carolina have requested quotes for the Cyber Tracker in an effort to improve safety and save costs for local governments.

The Cyber Tracker technology has the ability to help reduce fuel costs by monitoring routes, acceleration rates, speed, and idle time. It can also reduce costs by measuring performance to prevent expensive repairs. With the addition of an external power source like its solar-powered charging system, the Cyber Tracker can be installed on vehicles not equipped with a permanent power source to recharge the system. Homeland offers the CT-410 for monitoring, measuring and controlling functions, and the CT-150, a low-cost solution for standard GPS tracking applications.

"We have been successful with this market segment in the past. This is an opportunity for us to increase our sales of data tracking technology into operation for a variety of civic and governmental agencies," stated Fred Wicks, CEO and President of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "Not only will this help them reduce their fuel expenditure and maintenance costs, but it will also result in additional sales of our equipment and software."

Homeland Integrated Security Systems is now offering leases for its Cyber Tracker product line and custom data tracking software to governmental agencies and privately-owned companies. The program is expected to create new revenue streams and sales of the Cyber Tracker products and data tracking software.
