Homeland Integrated Security Systems Establishes a New Focused Government Sales Initiative

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - March 6, 2008) - Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISU) announced today that the company has begun a multi faceted approach to secure sales in the government sector. According to the company, it has begun a relationship with North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC). NCMBC's role is to introduce North Carolina-based businesses to both state and Federal contract opportunities and help companies bid on contracts offered by both branches of government.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems (HISS) has also registered to become GSA certified. This provides the company with access to a database of recent government contracts that have been awarded. HISS plans to sub-contract its products and services to those companies who have been awarded government contracts and need to purchase products such as HISS's Cyber Tracker.

As a result of its relationship with ATT, HISS will also increase its efforts to sell the GSM Cyber Tracker (CT 1000 g) as an ATT co-sell dealer utilizing the ATT GSA schedule.

"Now that we have an extremely competitive product line, the opportunities that are available through government contracts as well as private are much more attainable to us," stated Brian Riley, Chairman and COO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "Our management team believes this approach will generate additional sales for the company that were not within our reach before."

"Our team continues to work tirelessly to expand our sales channels," stated Fred Wicks, CEO and President of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "This new government emphasis is only one of several efforts we are working on to increase sales of our products."
