Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. Shareholders Overwhelmingly Approve the Reelection of the Board of Directors at the Annual Shareholder Meeting

WASHINGTON, DC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 24, 2005 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC) announced today that the Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. shareholders have demonstrated tremendous support in approving the reelection of the original five Board of Directors at the Annual Shareholders meeting held in Atlanta this past Friday.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems hosted a two-day event which started with a press event on Thursday where the company unveiled its Cyber Tracker, which was tracking a new Hummer throughout downtown Atlanta until it reached its final destination at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, GA. Thursday evening, Homeland Integrated Security Systems hosted a dinner where former CIA Director, George Tenet, was the Key Note Speaker.

On Friday, the shareholders reelected five Board of Directors, specifically Frank Moody, Brian Riley, Ian Riley, Fred Wicks, and Chris Panel. In addition to the election of the existing Board Members, the shareholders approved Traci J. Anderson, CPA, who has served as independent auditor for the Company for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2004 and 2003, to continue to serve the Company as Independent Auditor through 2006.

After the shareholder meeting was completed at 10:30 am, the shareholders were treated to several guest speakers which included Paige Siplon from the Georgia Port Authority, General Pierre Georgiou, Pro.Sec, Former Presidential Advisors Barry Bennett and Spencer Geissinger, and Tom Mitchell from the ActSoft Corporation.

The day was culminated with a speech from Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. Chairman and CEO, Frank Moody, and product demonstrations where the shareholders were able to test the latest corporate products, including the Quantum Sniffer, the Cyber Tracker, WM Robots' UVSS Unit, and new security products which will be announced in the next several days.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems has now posted the "White Paper" on the www.hissusa.com website. The "White Paper" is now approved for distribution to the over 360 commercial seaports in the US which are vulnerable to criminal penetration.
