Homeland Precious Metals Corp. Announces Addition to Advisory Board

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 17, 2005) - Homeland Precious Metals Corp. (OTCBB:HPMEF) is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Gerry Humphries, M.B.A., C.A., F.C.M.C., to the Advisory Board. Mr. Humphries is a strategic business leader with over 25 years of consulting experience with two international consulting firms, and 5 years running his own firm. He brings with him a sound record of creative and profitable approaches in serving corporate and entrepreneurial clients in both the private and public sectors and has extensive experience in all areas of management including human resources, financial management and strategy.
