Homeland Safety International, Inc. Announces Selling Agreement With InfrAegis, Inc. (Ia)

IRVING, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 4, 2007 -- Homeland Safety International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HSFI) announced today a sales and marketing agreement with InfrAegis, Inc. (Ia) (www.ia911.com) for their national security, life safety and first responder solutions. These solutions are designed primarily for municipal and government preparedness, vital infrastructures and commercial applications. These applications include ports, borders, airports, commercial real estate and cargo container tracking. Ia's products and systems detect, monitor, analyze and communicate the presence of nuclear/radioactive, chemical, bacterial, or other harmful materials. Ia's nuclear/radioactive detection systems not only discover the presence of these substances, but also identify the specific isotope detected through spectral analysis, resulting in informed responses to alarm incidents.

Homeland Safety stated that several of its agents have already introduced Ia's products to their clients around the world with very positive responses. Homeland Safety further stated that licensing funds had been exchanged for the right to sell InfrAegis' products.
