Homeland Security Corporation Announces Marketing and Sales Agreement With Navajo Owned Security Company

NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 8, 2006 -- Homeland Security Corporation (OTC: HSCC) today announced that it had entered into a strategic marketing, sales and management agreement with 5 Star Security, Inc., a Navajo owned security company.

5 Star Security, Inc. has been in the security business since 1987, it is a Navajo owned business located in Farmington, NM. The company provides security equipment and personnel to the Navajo Nation as well as other Native American and non-Indian clients in Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico. With the combined experience in providing full service security for a variety of customers, and the technology offered by Homeland Security Corporation, it will enable both companies to expand into both Tribal and Federal government installations, as well as private sector companies.
