Homeland Security Group International Conducts Military Advisory Board Meeting

Military Advisory Board Outlines Direction and Priorities

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 4, 2007 -- Homeland Security Group International (PINKSHEETS: HMSG) announced today that the Company's Military Advisory Board conducted a meeting this week for divisional updates and to strategize the company's steps for attaining greater market share and product recognition.

HMSG's CEO, Colonel Jeffrey Powers USMC (Ret) updated board members on recent developments concerning sales of lightweight ballistic armor, Anti-IED technology, Emergency breathing devices, training and medical equipment procurement. HMSG COO, 1sgSgt Mark Wilson, USMC (Ret) briefed the board on recent improvements and NIJ certification of ballistic capable glass laminates, disaster preparedness and response and company involvement in not for profit foundation work on behalf of the Freedom Is Not Free foundation.

"I am very pleased with the direction and focus of operations we have adopted and was happy to see that the Advisory board supports our strategy for operations for the remainder of the year," commented Colonel Powers. "We will continue to focus on sales of lightweight ballistic armor to the military for use as personal protective equipment and also to reduce the risk of injury to troops riding in vehicles. We are selling medical bags and have recently acquired as a customer the US Border Patrol. HMSG's Military Advisory Board meets annually in San Diego to discuss and evaluate product development, sales to government and non-governmental agencies and marketing strategy. Board members hold non-salaried positions.
