Homeland Security Group International Solicits Donations for "Breakfast With Heroes"

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 15, 2007 -- Colonel Jeffrey A. Powers, USMC (Ret) CEO of Homeland Security Group International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HMSG) announced today that the company is assisting with fund raising efforts for the Non-Profit 501.3(c) Freedom Is Not Free Foundation to provide assistance to wounded service members and their families.

The company is using their contacts to solicit donations through an event called "Breakfast With Heroes" to be held on May 22nd at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel in Washington DC. Guest speakers at the event will be California Congressman and Presidential Candidate Duncan Hunter, Idaho Senator Larry Craig and the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps John Estrada. HMSG CEO, Colonel Jeffrey Powers and HMSG COO, 1stSgt Mark Wilson USMC (Ret) will also be available after the breakfast to speak to shareholders and bring them up to date on company happenings.
