Homeland Security and SKRM Interactive Agreement to Transmit Thru Sector 10 MRU and SRU Units

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwire - August 21, 2007) - SKRM Interactive, Inc. (OTCBB: SKMI) announced today that Utah's Division of Homeland Security will be working with Sector 10 on a communications program for emergency transmissions including Amber Alerts and Homeland Security postings. The emergency and disaster alerts will be transmitted directly to Sector 10's Mobile Response Units (MRU) and Stationary Response Units (SRU). The transmissions will be channeled through the Pericles LogiX System.

CEO Pericles DeAvila said, "Our program with Utah's Division of Homeland Security is an important first step in providing the public with instant and up-to-date information in a disaster or incident. In the event of an emergency, it is vital to have access to current information. If the power goes out and phone lines are down, the MRU and SRU are still functional. This arrangement between Utah's Division of Homeland Security and Sector 10 heightens all around situational awareness and improves first response capabilities and information management."

Mr. DeAvila concluded, "Our closing agreement with SKRM Interactive will be completed in September. We intend to build upon the relationship we have with Homeland Security by improving our country's emergency response plans through the utilization of our MRU and SRU solutions on a national level."
