HomePages.com to Provide Exclusive Real Estate Content to WorldNow's National Network of Local Television Station Web Sites

More Than 10 Million Consumers per Month Will Have Direct Access to HomePages.com's Innovative Home-Buying and Selling Tools

NEW YORK CITY, NY and KIRKLAND, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 11, 2006 -- WorldNow and HouseValues Inc. (NASDAQ: SOLD) announced today a partnership that will exclusively integrate HouseValues' highly popular www.HomePages.com consumer real estate service into WorldNow's Local Media Network. The partnership will provide users of local news Web sites across the country with access to complete listings of homes for sale, comprehensive neighborhood real estate information and a home valuation service.

HomePages.com will be the exclusive real estate content and listings provider for over 80 local television Web sites in leading markets from coast to coast, including: New York (WABC-TV), Chicago (WLS-TV), Philadelphia (WPVI-TV), and Miami (WSVN-TV), to name a few. Together, these station websites receive more than 10 million unique visitors per month. (See http://www.ksla.com/global/Category.asp?C=81086 for an example of HomePages.com's local real estate information integrated into the website of KSLA-TV in Shreveport, Louisiana.)

"Since the majority of Americans get their news from local online media sources, we're very excited about this partnership, which will provide millions of home buyers and sellers with free, local real estate information from HomePages.com," said Ian Morris, Chief Executive Officer of HouseValues Inc. "This partnership will also greatly enhance the local visibility of real estate agents on HomePages.com, as well as their featured listings."

HomePages.com is the first national home buying and selling service to combine aerial photos, innovative mapping technology, and in-depth, local neighborhood information, along with listings of homes for sale -- all on one Web site. Home listings -- which are updated as often as twice a day to ensure that consumers have access to the latest properties to hit the market -- and all other real estate content on HomePages.com are available free to consumers. Known for its ability to both localize and customize content for national advertisers, WorldNow seamlessly integrated HomePages.com's content into each of its local affiliate Web sites.

"Every TV station in the country is looking for a creative way to incorporate local real estate listings into its online business model," said Gary Gannaway, President and CEO of WorldNow. "We're delighted to be among the first to make it happen, especially with a first-class company like HouseValues. In January 2005, we proved to our affiliates that an online automotive marketplace can be extremely beneficial to everyone involved, from the dealers and independent sellers to the TV stations and consumers. Now, by providing our broadcast affiliates with HomePages.com's outstanding local real estate content, we anticipate the same success."
