HomeStreet Joins MoneyPass® Network

Customers Have Access to More Than 16,000 Surcharge-Free ATMs

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - October 1, 2009) - HomeStreet Bank announced today that its customers will have greatly expanded access to surcharge-free Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) through the national MoneyPass® network. The network has 900 ATMs in Washington and Oregon and 16,000 ATMs nationwide, including all US Bank ATMs as well as those of hundreds of other banks and credit unions.

Customers of HomeStreet, which has branches in Washington, Oregon and Hawaii, also have free access to Bank of Hawaii ATMs in Hawaii.

"This more than doubles the number of cash machines available to our checking and savings customers in our core area, greatly increasing the convenience to them absolutely free of charge," said Paulette Lemon, senior vice president and retail banking director for HomeStreet Bank.
