Hoosier Client Connections Expands Client Base in 2015

EVANSVILLE, IN--(Marketwired - Oct 2, 2015) - Hoosier Client Connections, an in-store marketing firm, recently announced their goals for expansion by the conclusion of 2015. The company has already expanded to Champaign, IL in June and is looking to open two to three more locations by year's end. Market Manager, Cylie Jones, asserted, "There is a lot of opportunity there close to home, and I want to be able to travel and assist new promotions if necessary to make sure they start out on the right foot." The marketing firm, which provides branding and customer acquisition expertise for fortune 500 clients in the cellular, satellite, and communications industries, is currently operating out of three locations in Duluth, MN, Champaign, IL and Evansville, IN. In addition, Hoosier Client Connections is excited to have one of their Team Leads, Matthew Clark, take part in the new client pilot test-market in Dallas, TX this month.

The company's national success can be attributed to the people-first mentality that permeates customer transactions and employee development. As an organization that only promotes from within, Hoosier Client Connections develops select employees through an in-house training program which educates in subjects such as business development, communications, and marketing. Uyen Truong was recently promoted under the mentorship of Market Manager Jones.

When asked about the training and development at Hoosier, Jones remarked, "We understand our people are wanting to grow with our company, and if given the proper leadership, they will succeed. Investing time with your people not only shows them you care, but also gives you a chance to get to know them so you can train them better. Jones attributes her personal success at the company to the leadership training that she received at the office as well.

Jones shared her initial experience at the company, stating, "I was definitely not the ideal candidate for the job initially, but I was eager to learn and motivated about an opportunity that would give me the freedom to take care of my family and be in charge of my situation." As a Market Manager for Hoosier Client Connections, Jones has certainly made a name for herself at the company on a national level. Jones has acted as a key note speaker at the fall 2014 National Leadership Meeting, the Top Leaders Meeting in Dallas in February of 2015, and also at Hoosier's regional meeting in Chicago last May.

Furthermore, Jones has also been personally selected to attend the company's international Rest and Relaxation vacation three years in a row. The all-expense-paid excursion provides managers with the opportunity to wind down, network, and celebrate their accomplishments. She stated, "One of my proudest moments was being able to take my mom, who has never been to Jamaica, to our R&R there where she was able to see me receive an award at the ceremony."
