Hoover's Lead Builder™ Update Makes Online B2B List Buying as Easy as B2C

New Version of Ecommerce Offering Upgrades Shopping Experience to Meet Evolving Expectations of Small Business Sales and Marketing Pros

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - Aug 3, 2011) - Hoover's, Inc., a D&B (NYSE: DNB) company, today announced a major update to Lead Builder™, Hoover's ecommerce offering for customizing affordable prospect lists. To make list building easier for small business/B2B sales and marketing professionals, the new version of Lead Builder incorporates innovative enhancements and user-friendly features commonly found on B2C online shopping sites.

Lead Builder's latest enhancements give buyers:

  • The advantage of selecting all list criteria from one page.
  • The ability to save their prospect searches, similar to Amazon.com's wish list. This enables buyers to create a list for purchase at a later date.
  • A completely transparent purchasing process. The site guides visitors who may be new to list buying and provides a free limited preview of records matching search criteria. Customers can also view each list's total record count and cost upfront, before they decide to buy.
