Hop-on Licenses Mobile Webcasinos Interactive Wagering Platform

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - April 16, 2009) - Hop-on, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HPNN) announced today that they have finalized an Interactive Mobile Wagering License Agreement with The European Union Company. The licensee will participate in the multi-billion dollar industry by taking wagers from the EU and Asia.

Hop-on's new improved software will allow players access to gaming anywhere, anytime from their mobile phones. The mobile user has immediate access to open up a new manner of gambling which has not been possible before, "on the spot" interactive mobile gambling. In the middle of a sports event, our mobile gambling software will allow the user to place their bet on who will score the next touchdown, score a goal or a hit a home run in real-time.

Hop-on is seeking third party authentication of its software to complete the transaction with the regulatory boards. As with any gambling software, in any credible jurisdiction, there is third party authentication. Hop-on is doing everything possible to make this a legitimate gaming system where gamers will feel secure. This license agreement will not allow wagers from players from the United States, but it will allow wagers any other legal jurisdiction throughout the world.

According to the latest estimates from the national federation of bookmakers, "Europeans gambled multi-billion euros in 2008, both legally and illegally, in an attempt to improve their finances."

Peter Michaels, President and CEO of Hop-on states, "This is a killer application, proposition wagering in real time! With the economy being difficult, Hop-on is looking for alternatives for a recession proof business model. This license agreement will pay ongoing royalties that will grow as the attraction spreads through the players. We are excited about finally launching our gaming technology in Europe."

"Online, worldwide wagering from legal jurisdictions will be likened to a broken slot machine for Hop-on and our shareholders. When slot machines are broken, the payouts attract much attention and play. As in Las Vegas, it wasn't built on players winning; it was built on the casinos' profit."
