Host Analytics Posts Record Performance in Second Quarter of 2014

Second Consecutive Quarter of Over 100% Growth in New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 31, 2014) -   Host Analytics, the leader in cloud-based Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), today announced record performance in the second quarter of 2014, highlighted by the company's second consecutive quarter delivering over 100% growth in new annual recurring revenues (ARR). The company's outstanding second quarter was driven by Host Analytics' unmatched ability to deliver success for EPM buyers who are increasingly embracing the benefits of the company's cloud-based business model and solutions.

Customer Base Continues Rapid Expansion
In the second quarter, Host Analytics added new customers at a record pace. The company continued to add industry-leading customers including premier specialty coffee and tea company Peet's Coffee & Tea, international hotelier and restaurateur Hakkasan. They and many other industry leaders selected Host Analytics based on the functional breadth and depth, proven enterprise deployability, and secure, cloud-based delivery model of Host Analytics Cloud EPM Suite.

"EPM software is continuing its inexorable migration to the Cloud," said Dave Kellogg, CEO of Host Analytics. "We are winning business at a historic pace, both from customers who are replacing expensive, legacy systems and from those migrating off lower-end cloud or on-premises alternatives. It's becoming increasingly clear to customers, and the market, that Host Analytics offers the only enterprise-class EPM suite in the cloud."

New Hyperion Migration Offer
In June, Host Analytics announced a new offer in their Oracle Hyperion Migration Program, a Migration Assessment, which helps Hyperion customers gauge the feasibility of migrating to the cloud, quantify the benefits of a cloud migration, and develop a custom roadmap for their own migration. The assessment is based on the experience Host Analytics has gained in migrating many other leading organizations from Oracle Hyperion to Host Analytics in the Cloud. After their assessment, the Program also includes an offer to migrate to Host Analytics for half of their ongoing Oracle Hyperion ownership costs.

In June, the company also announced that it has saved former Hyperion customers that have migrated to Host Analytics an estimated $100 million and counting. Record Attendance at Annual User Conference
The second quarter also included the annual Host Analytics World user conference. This year's event set a record for attendance, with over 400 customers and over 10 partners. The show was highlighted by keynotes from Dave Kellogg, CEO of Host Analytics, David Axson, Managing Director at Accenture Strategy and Bernard Marr, Founder and CEO at the Advanced Performance Institute. New Services to Support Customer Success
In May, Host Analytics launched both its new Trust site and Customer Portal. The Trust site provides Host Analytics customers with visibility into application status, uptime, and any scheduled maintenance windows.

The new Customer Portal was also launched and offers a centralized, online resource where customers can access a knowledge base of answers and best practices, contact Host Analytics Customer Support, and request and vote on product enhancements.

Continued Ecosystem Growth
The second quarter included numerous partnership agreements, as more service delivery organizations saw the opportunity to build their EPM businesses by partnering with Host Analytics. Bakerfield Solutions, MorganFranklin, Sense Corp, Slalom Consulting, and Solomon Edwards all entered into partnerships with Host Analytics in the second quarter. These partners will support the growing number of cloud-based EPM implementation projects as well as use their unique EPM and financial application knowledge to further improve customer experience.
