Host Card Emulation Becomes Reality With Card Networks Adoption

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Feb 20, 2014) - Today is an exciting day for the mobile industry as VISA, Inc. and MasterCard Worldwide, Inc. announced their support of Google's adaptation of the NFC tap and pay Host Card Emulation (HCE) architecture.

SimplyTapp is a pioneer in HCE, and the operator of the world's most advanced HCE platform. SimplyTapp will continue to work closely with both Visa and MasterCard, as well as other networks, issuers, and organizations, to lead the adoption of mobile payment experiences through the use of our Open Secure Innovation Platform and HCE.

SimplyTapp's HCE platform puts banks, retailers and other issuers in control of a secure, simple and innovative solution to bring payments and other services directly to consumers without the complexity previously associated with NFC.

"We believe HCE offers tremendous opportunity for organizations to build deeper more personal relationships with their customers through the mobile channel," says Doug Yeager CEO and Co-Founder of SimplyTapp. "We are bringing a solution to market with our partners that will break down any barriers for issuers."

SimplyTapp will be participating on Visa's HCE panel at this year's Mobile World Congress 2014. You can watch the panel discussion Monday, February 24th at 12:00 - 01:00 pm CET at the following link: www.streamingbarcelona.com/plataforma/visionfilms
