Hotel in Newcastle Upon Tyne Indulges an Appetite for Adventure

Newcastle Gateshead Marriott Hotel MetroCentre Bites Into Culinary Competitions and Gastronomic Partnerships

Then the students assumed their positions at designated market stalls to serve their dishes to guests who also served as judges for the competition. The winning team, which concocted plates of suckling pig with spiced-apple dipping sauce and Earl Grey roast shoulder of lamb, earned the opportunity to visit the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in London for a further taste of hands-on job experience.
