Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna Hotel Rooms Have Elegant Decor, Modern Amenities

VIENNA, AUSTRIA--(Marketwired - Aug 30, 2013) - The Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna Hotel is located in a former military riding school, built in 1850, so when it came time to update the guest rooms, the goal was to bring this hotel in Vienna city center into the present without losing sight of its past. This month, the luxury hotel unveiled its full guest-room renovation, creating a happy home for those with one foot in the past and another in the future.

Beginning on 26 May 2013, this Vienna business hotel underwent a full renovation of all 339 of its guest rooms, which include 291 standard deluxe rooms, 30 Club rooms and 18 junior suites. Putting 120 hours of labor into each renovated room, the team created spaces that fuse tradition and innovation, and feature elegant, stylish design details that "reflect the history of the hotel" and its motto, "Where business meets culture."

Each of the renovated Vienna hotel rooms and suites offer high-speed Internet access, a large work space, flat-screen TV, luxurious bedding, minibar, safe and bathroom with shower/tub combo. Accommodations got a new look from top to bottom -- literally; 7,000 square meters of new carpet were installed, as well as 20,000 square meters of new wallpaper.

While the renovation brought many changes, there are some things at the Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna Hotel that haven't changed, including the first-class service of everyone from housekeeping to in-the-know Navigators; the modern facilities including an indoor pool, fitness center and more than 15,000 square feet of event space; and fine dining from the outdoor City Barbecue to the rustic Arsenal, where guests can get a taste of traditional cuisine.
