Hotel's Culinary Celebration in Asheville, NC Benefits Regional Make-A-Wish Chapter

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwired - Jul 21, 2016) - A culinary celebration is taking place at the Red Stag Grill in Asheville this summer to benefit Make-A-Wish^® Central and Western North Carolina.

Only available for reservations booked between 5 and 6:30 p.m. daily, the special three-course meal is the Red Stag's unique way of supporting the regional charity while showcasing talents of the restaurant's culinary staff to those dining inside the The Kessler Collection's Grand Bohemian Hotel Asheville, Autograph Collection, a tasteful Tudor-style lodging near Biltmore Estate. Cost of the meal is $38 per person, with $3 of each meal donated to Make-A-Wish.

"Granting Wishes with Three Dishes," the culinary celebration menu will feature a variety of seasonal appetizers, entrées and desserts, including the baby iceberg wedge salad, pan-roasted duck, summer Sunburst trout, and chocolate waffle Sundae, along with other choice dishes of the Red Stag Grill.

Granting Wishes with Three Dishes to Culminate with Hi-Wire Brewing Beer Dinner

The summer culinary celebration will conclude on Wednesday, Aug. 31 with a Hi-Wire Brewing Beer Dinner at the Red Stag Grill. The evening will begin with a reception in the hotel's Grand Bohemian Gallery at 6:30 p.m., followed by a four-course dinner and beer pairings inside the restaurant.

Asheville artist, Tony Corbitt Jr., will paint throughout the evening, capturing the event on canvas as it unfolds. The painting will be available for purchase at the conclusion of the evening with a portion of proceeds to benefit Make-A-Wish of Central and Western North Carolina. Cost of the event is $58 per person (plus tax and service charge) with $5 per person going to support Make-A-Wish of Central and Western North Carolina.

Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
