Pursuant to the acquisition agreement, all of the HouseMaster Canada franchisees will become part of HouseMaster LLC.
The combination will better position the company to provide necessary infrastructure to meet franchise owner needs as well as growing the home and property inspection customer base in all Canadian provinces.
